f. urol. Comunicación patológica entre el aparato genital y las vías urinarias. Son más frecuentes en la mujer y la causa que lo provoca suele ser obstétrica. La manifestación más habitual es la pérdida de orina a través de la vagina. El tratamiento es quirúrgico.
